How do you secure the inflatable water slides to the ground?

It'll be necessary for your inflatable water slide surface to be as flat and level as possible. Since we use 14-inch metal rods hammered into the ground, we can ensure that absolutely any bumps or moisture will be taken care of before the blower and inversion are done. You need to inform them of any sprinklers or water lines that may be present.

What is the rental cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

There is a minimum $50 fee for any water slide rentals. You can cancel without charge if the weather forecast calls for a 60 percent chance of rain the day before your rental. Otherwise, there will be a cancellation fee.

How do you hook up the water for a water slide rental?

Accepted Answer

Each water slide requires us to be able to hook into your water hose. We supply the soaker hose on the slide but must connect to your water with a hose you provide.

Can inflatable water slide rentals be placed on concrete?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most of them can, but we must be notified in advance to prepare our drivers with tarps and sandbags so damage is done to the inflatable.

Do you rent any water inflatables on holidays?

We do, especially on holiday sales where water slides are often sold out. Please be wary of water slide specials, and check out our website ahead of time, so you don't miss the holidays. We have terrific specials and sales all year round.

Is a deposit required when making a slide reservation?

Accepted Answer

A $50 deposit is required whenever you make the reservation to rent a water slide or bounce house. The unit must be paid for the day before delivery when paying by credit card. Otherwise, the balance of payment will be collected when we arrive for setup.

How close do we need to be to the power supply?

Accepted Answer

We supply 100ft extension cords to plug the blowers into your home. We cannot add any additional lines to this overall length. We do not recommend adding extra extension cords.

How long is a day rental for water slide inflatables?

Accepted Answer

Our inflatable water slide rentals are for six hours. That is your window of time, and we work at that pace. If you inform us you need it earlier or keep it later for any reason, that is entirely on us, and there is no extra charge for our service.

How many water slide inflatables do you have in stock? Can you handle a large event?

Our inventory varies daily depending on what others have already rented. We would suggest for a significant event, book far in advance to secure the inflatable equipment you would like to have for your event.
